Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by True North Restoration ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

True North Restoration provides professional restoration services including but not limited to:

• Water damage restoration
• Fire and smoke damage restoration
• Mold remediation
• Emergency restoration services
• Property reconstruction and repairs

Specific services and their scope will be defined in individual service agreements or work authorizations.

Service Agreements

Prior to beginning restoration work, we will provide you with:

• A scope of work or estimate detailing the services to be performed
• Estimated timeline for completion
• Pricing and payment terms
• Any applicable warranties

Your authorization (written or verbal) of the scope of work constitutes acceptance of the specific service terms.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and damage
• Grant reasonable access to the property for service delivery
• Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Follow any safety instructions provided by our team

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Deposits may be required for certain services
• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Insurance Claims

If services are being billed to insurance, you remain responsible for:

• Any deductibles
• Any amounts not covered by your insurance policy
• Providing accurate insurance information
• Cooperating with the claims process

Warranties

We stand behind our work and provide the following warranties:

• Workmanship warranties as specified in your service agreement
• Manufacturer warranties on installed materials (where applicable)

Warranties do not cover damage caused by subsequent events, customer negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding:

• Your restoration project and service updates
• Appointment scheduling and reminders
• Billing and payment information
• Important safety or service notifications

Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS text messages:

• Message and data rates may apply
• You may receive up to 5 messages per week during active projects
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP
• Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True North Restoration and its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your negligence or misconduct
• Inaccurate information provided by you

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

1. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue informally
2. If we cannot resolve the dispute, it may be submitted to mediation
3. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of the state where services were performed

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes
• Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
• Cancellation of contracted work may result in charges for work already completed and materials ordered

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with True North Restoration remain our exclusive property. You may not use our name, logo, or materials without written permission.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
